Step 1
Access the Portal
- Got to the mySt.Clair Portal
- Click on the OneCard Photo Submission button
- Enter your St. Clair ONE username and password
- Review the Terms and Conditions
- Click "I accept the terms and conditions"
Step 2
Take Your Photo
Use your device to take a photo. Ensure it meets the following requirements:
- Crop: Slightly above the head to the middle of the chest
- Background: Plain and light
- Colour: Must be a colour photo
- Accessories: No sunglasses or hats
- Position: Face the camera directly
- Eyes: Open and looking at the camera
Step 3
Edit Your Photo if Necessary
Crop or rotate your image to meet the requirements. If it doesn't meet the criteria, you'll receive a message explaining why.
Review your photo and click Submit.
Step 4
Upload Government Identification
- After submitting your photo, upload a photo of a Government-Issued ID (ex. Driver's License, Passport, etc)
- The system will compare your submitted photo with the uploaded ID
Step 5
Finalize Submission
Once you're satisfied with your photo and ID, click Submit and Sign out.
Step 6
Await Approval
You'll receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your photo.
Step 7
Pick up Your OneCard
If approved, visit a OneCard office location to pick up your OneCard. Bring one of the following ID's:
- Passport
- Driver's Licence
- Ontario Photo Card
- Health Card (with photo)
