HealthPlex members can sign up for Group Exercise classes online to ensure your spot in class. To sign up online get the St. Clair College HealthPlex app (see download links below). You can also call us at (519) 354-9100 x 3401 to reserve your spot.

Group Ex Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking Window
- Classes open for booking 167 hours (7 days) in advance
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Late cancellation = cancelling within 1 hour of class start
- 2 late cancellations and/or no-shows within 1 week = $5 penalty fee
- Cancellations made more than 1 hour before class are considered early and are not penalized
Waitlist
- Waitlists promote automatically up until class start time
- Members promoted during the 1-hour late cancel window may cancel without receiving a late occurrence
Arrival Policy
- Please arrive 10 minutes early
- At class start time, unclaimed spots are released to standby members
- Studio doors close at class start time
- Members not present at start time are recorded as a no-show
Group Exercise Etiquette:
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early for class to set up your station
- Please wear CLEAN gym shoes and place bags in lockers
- Be sure to wipe down your mat/equipment when finished
- If leaving early, please advise instructor prior to class
- Please place equipment back in original racks/location
