Gymnasium Rentals
Our Double Gymnasium can accommodate National Level competitions, vendor shows, award banquets and more. It features:
- Green Play Floor - softest sprung wood floor you’ll play on and the first in Canada
- 6 Badminton Courts
- Feature Basketball
- Feature Volleyball
- 2 side Basketball Courts
- 2 side Volleyball Courts
- Score clocks and score tables
- Bleachers for spectators
- Floor tarps make any event possible, from awards to graduations

Dimensions: Full gymnasium has an area of 121’ by 104’. Half Gymnasium has an area of 60.5’ by 104’.

Community Room/Classroom Rentals
Our Community Room is an excellent space to hold information sessions, lectures, etc.

- Includes desks and chairs for all
- Media services are available including laptop connection to a projector or computer access
- Phone for use with conference calls
- Additional fees may apply to computer and wifi access

Fitness Studio
Our Fitness Studio offers approximately 1200 square feet for small group fitness and sports training, workshops, etc.

Important Rental Information:
Liability Insurance:
Proof of Insurance ($2 million+ coverage) is required from all rental groups prior to the event date. If you or your organization do not currently carry liability insurance, please request a quote here. Duuo provides quotes on daily insurance for all activities at affordable rates. We've partnered with Duuo to offer our event hosts a preferred rate on insurance. Look for the “DUUO PARTNER” tag next to our venue to ensure you get your discount! Note: Please do not purchase a DUUO policy before receiving rental approval from the HealthPlex.
Rental Payment:
Full payment of rental and associated fees are required prior to the event start date unless otherwise agreed upon in the rental agreement.
