The Genesis Entrepreneurship Centre at St. Clair College is offering free virtual workshops for everyone in the community.
The range of workshops includes skills development such as presentation, communication and networking skills, and others that focus specifically on helping individuals start and grow a business.
The vision statement that hangs at the entrance of the Genesis Entrepreneurship Centre describes precisely what is happening on a monthly basis in Room 128 at the college’s main campus: “Preparing entrepreneurial leaders to create a meaningful impact in the community.”

The ability to learn how to harness the potential of 3D printing technology at St. Clair College has never been easier.
The first online workshop on 3D Printing will take place Thursday, February 24, at 2 pm in the Genesis Entrepreneurship Centre at St. Clair College’s main campus. This online event is free and open to all students, staff, faculty, and the public.
A diverse group of St. Clair College students and their dynamic ideas to modernize a small-town café recently earned them $10,000 in prize money at the Odette-Peddie Amherstburg Case Challenge.
Susan Taylor, Program Manager of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Student Experience in the Genesis Entrepreneurship Centre, received the Visionary Award Tuesday, during WEST’s International Women’s Day virtual gala.
