Veterinary Practice Management

This course provides a foundation in veterinary medical terminology, effective communication skills and introduces the students to the business management aspect of veterinary medicine. This course will provide students with a basic knowledge of veterinary medical and business records. It involves hands-on operation of veterinary practice software management systems primarily in the areas of patient records, client accounts and communications, and practice reports.
