Ontario regulations require employers to ensure that all workers on construction projects complete a Working at Heights (WAH) training program approved by the Ministry of Labour's Chief Prevention Officer (CPO) before using a fall-restricting system, fall arrest system, safety net, work belt, or safety belt.
In this approved training course, you will learn about the hazards associated with working at heights, basic worker rights and duties, and the key regulations governing fall arrest hazards, fall protection equipment, and working-at-heights requirements.
