This workshop will take the trainees through the PowerPoint window and menus. Trainees will learn to create a presentation using templates and presentation themes, adding text, and saving and opening a presentation. Additional concepts covered in this workshop include inserting, deleting slides, moving, copying, and editing slides. Various views are explored: Normal, Outline, Notes Pages and zoom. Students will create their own presentations that will include adding shapes, objects, and graphics along with text and animation effects.
