Students will enhance their theoretical knowledge through practical learning experiences through the development of the Performance Management as it applies to the workforce environment. Student will be able to conduct comprehensive human resource audits as well as design, implement and evaluate a performance management program. The use of human resource information systems to facilitate human resource planning will also be incorporated into the course delivery. Pre-requisite: HRM 105. 3 units of credit.
