This course is designed to complement the study of introductory accounting for Business students who do not plan to major in Accounting. Management uses of financial statements and other accounting data for decision-making in the planning and control of business activities is stressed. Budgets for cash, sales and production, and the nature of the flow of costs, are studied including the cost, volume, profit relationship.
