This course provides an in-depth exploration of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and psychological safety, tailored for leaders in law enforcement. EI, encompassing self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills, is a critical asset in both personal and professional interactions. Participants will understand EI's impact on relationships, identify enhancement strategies, and learn to establish psychological safety within teams.
