A study of the responsibilities of a help desk analyst. The student will learn how to support clients efficiently, quickly, and politely. The student will become familiar with instructions for the client in an on-line environment. The student will also learn the value of teamwork, processes, procedures and skill sets related to the Help Desk environment.
