This course is designed to provide the student with the comprehensive knowledge and understanding of administrative as well as clinical procedures that may be undertaken in a variety of Health Services environments. Emphasis will be placed on the development of the student's ability to exercise initiative and judgment and to make decisions within the scope of his/her authority whilst ensuring the safety and well-being of health-care recipients.
