Culinary Workshop Series: Making Sushi | St. Clair College

In this workshop, participants will learn how cooking meals can be fun and easy through an interactive, team approach. Participants will work on meal preparation with the assistance and guidance of a certified chef to create a take home meal. This workshop will focus on the preparation of the following items: California Rolls, Agedashi Tofu with Tempura Sauce, Matcha Ice Cream.
