In this workshops, participants will learn how baking can be fun and easy through an interactive, team approach. Participants will work on baking with the assistance and guidance of a pastry chef to create a take home dessert.
This workshop will focus on the preparation of French Eclairs with Caramel and Vanilla Cream. Choux Pastry is a light, airy French pastry dough that puffs beautifully creating a hollow center when baked, creating crisp shells perfect for sweet or savory fillings!
