Chuck Kelly

Class of 1991 - Ambulance and Emergency Care
President & CEO
Movati Athletic
Windsor, Ontario

After graduating from St. Clair College, Chuck Kelly spent a number of years as a paramedic, treating injuries and assessing patients, gaining street smarts and customer service skills along the way.

However, years in the field sparked his interest in making a different kind of impact in preventative healthcare. That's when he took his passion for physical health and applied it to fitness with the creation of Movati Athletic. When Kelly co-founded the business in the mid-90s, he and his partners had visions to grow. But the President and CEO of the fitness powerhouse never imagined in his wildest dreams that he'd be managing 20 locations in Ontario and Alberta, employing more than 2,500 people and offering premiere fitness facilities and services to 150,000 members across Canada.

Kelly is also passionate about giving back to his hometown of Amherstburg, Ontario, where he is deeply involved with the Miracle League. Not only does he provide substantial funding towards the organization but is regularly sitting in the bleachers cheering on his daughter and many other young athletes with disabilities.
