This workshop is hosted by the Student Representative Council (SRC) and facilitated by Sonia McMahon-Comartin from Canadian Mental Health Association.
This session will cover tips for coping with stress, helpful stress management techniques, and ways to express anxious feelings - especially while balancing student life, school deadlines and the stresses that come with adulting.

This workshop is hosted by the Student Representative Council (SRC) and presented by Derrick Carl Biso (they/them), Program Administer & Facilitator, QLink Windsor-Essex.
Derrick will share information on how to be a meaningful ally, both to friends and/or family and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community as a whole. They will share more about how to be impactful and not just performative, when it matters, etc. Our goal in this workshop is to create a more inclusive community at St. Clair College, where all people feel included and comfortable.
