The St. Clair College Windsor BScN Nursing Society is a student-run organization dedicated to fostering support and a sense of belonging among BScN students, while also encouraging members to contribute their time and skills in service to others.
Re-ratified in January 2026 after several years of inactivity, the revitalized SCC Windsor BScN Nursing Society is composed of passionate and philanthropic first- and second-year BScN students committed to making a positive and meaningful local impact.
In just the first few months of ratification, the members of the society were able to:
- create a safe, welcoming and supportive space for 1st and 2nd year nursing students to share ideas, ask questions and connect monthly
- provide professional development opportunities via a presentation and training session for members
- raise monetary funds for a local child and youth centre
- engage, welcome and inspire prospective nursing students through an open house and high school tour
- create meaningful partnerships within our college and wider community to advance future fundraising efforts
The BScN Nursing Society is composed of student leaders who embody compassion, dedication, and initiative, and who are driven to make a meaningful difference. We believe nursing education extends far beyond the classroom; it is about building connections, growing together, and giving back through service and community engagement.
New ideas and new members are always welcome!
