On Friday, April 5th, the Experiential Learning and Career Services Department hosted Nextstar Energy for an employer day held in the lobby of the Ford Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing. Students had the opportunity to network with professionals from Nexstar Energy to learn about available positions for students in Engineering and Skilled Trade programs.
A $2.2M expansion of the robotics lab at St. Clair College will coincide with adding an extra year of study for Electromechanical Engineering Technology - Robotics students in the Fall semester of 2022.
Amico Infrastructures donated a Global Positioning System worth $34,000 to St. Clair College's School of Engineering Technologies for use by students in three Engineering Technology programs, giving them what one company director described as a "direct advantage over students from other Colleges in Ontario."
