Our Commitment to a Positive Learning Environment

The College is dedicated to providing high-quality education and training in a learning environment built on academic integrity. The College strives to create a respectful and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and understands their rights and responsibilities within our community.

Respecting Rights and Responsibilities Together

The Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities (the Code) is intended to act as a guideline for students, staff, faculty, administrators, and the Board of Governors. It is designed to support a respectful and safe learning environment for everyone at the College. The Code outlines student rights but also highlights the responsibilities of students, which helps keep classrooms and campuses safe for all.

Non-Academic and Academic Misconduct

In addition to the outlined Rights and Responsibilities, the Code also has two sections regarding Non-Academic Misconduct and Academic Misconduct. Within these sections, the processes regarding formal complaints, offences, penalties, and appeals are outlined.
It is expected that all students familiarize themselves with the Code.
