This course will provide students with the opportunity to begin working directly with patients under the supervision of a suitably qualified practitioner. The student will gain practical hands on knowledge of the practice of OTA/PTA and begin to participate in the daily duties of this profession. Work tasks will be required commensurate with the skill level of a student OTA/PTA and will progress over the course of the placement.
