This course provides an in-depth study of the design features, operating principles, and static and dynamic test procedures of various drive systems including automatic shift transmissions (both mechanical and electronic shift control), continuously variable transmissions, and 4 wheel/all-wheel drive systems., Students describe and perform various service repair operations and learn to troubleshoot and evaluate problems logically and systematically.
