Network Security has become one of the most important and vital aspects of any business dealing with electronic data, and the need for its protection. This course will expand upon introductory Network Security topics and focus primarily on the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) accreditation. The CISSP is an independent information security certification governed by International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, (ISC)². The CISSP curriculum covers subject matter in a variety of Information Security topics. The CISSP CBK (Common Body of Knowledge), is a collection of topics relevant to information security professionals around the world.
