The Business Administration - Human Resource advanced diploma program, enables highly motivated business students to gain invaluable work experience by working in local companies within human resources departments in the Windsor/Essex/Kent County region. Students will be assigned a work simulation project in lieu of placement should they not qualify to go out on work placement or are unable to secure a placement.
