This course centers on the fundamental knowledge and skills in financial management required for conducting successful international trade. The course examines various financial management strategies and tools including risk management strategies, payment opinion optimization, insurance and currency hedging. Students will also learn how to create, analyze and evaluate financial statements and manage cash flow. The objective is to develop a trade financial plan which is integrated with the international marketing plan and global supply chain plan in support of the Export Project.
