Through this course, students will learn the role that freight forwarders play within the transportation industry. Students will learn all aspects regarding terms of trade, global geography in regard to transportation routes and major shipping ports. Further, students build expertise in loading cargo into containers and will practice calculating container loading both for ship and air modes of transportation.
