This course examines the functions of the hotels "front of the house", which is made up of the front office, the front desk, and the guest services department and its employees. By the end of the course, students will be able to connect how the accounting or service tasks performed within these departments apply to and impact operational goals, guest satisfaction, and the stages of the 24-hour guest cycle.
