Greenhouse Field Placement I

This work placement course provides students with the opportunity to participate into the day-to-day activities of a commercial greenhouse operation. Under the supervision of a greenhouse placement site supervisor, students will gain firsthand practical experience by applying their knowledge and skills learned in an academic setting to greenhouse operations. In addition to vocational skills, students will have the opportunity to apply the essential skills required of an effective employee.
