This course explores practical applications of behaviour management strategies. The emphasis is on developing positive approaches to change behaviour, teach new skills and maintain desirable behaviour. Students will examine the role and responsibilities of the EA in implementing behaviour improvement plans, prevention of problem behaviour and crisis intervention. Students will have an opportunity to participate in Behaviour Management Systems Training and become certified BMS practitioners.
