This course builds on the foundation and concepts introduced in the first ECG Interpretation course. Students will further develop ECG evaluation skills to identify hypertrophy, enlargement, hemiblocks and bifasicular blocks. Students will correlate conditions to ECG readings including long QT syndromes, electrolyte disturbances and diagnosis of wide complex tacchycardias. Analysis will include12 and 15 lead ECG interpretations as they relate to acute coronary syndromes, and other advanced cardiac conditions.
