This course is structured to equip students with the essential skills and financial literacy required to perform daily operational tasks within the esthetic industry. Students will gain knowledge and experience in various customer relationship management activities including point of sale operations scheduling financial reports customer relationship reports and managing digital client intake forms. This course trains students to manage the Student Spa focusing on the customer experience from start to finish.
