The purpose of this course is to continue the development of personal skills directly related to workplace success. The course addresses such topics as problem solving, ethics, diversity and confidentiality and revisits job search skills, resumes, cover letters, health and safety, worker rights and customer service. Students will continue to gain hands on experience surrounding the expectations of field placement and will have the opportunity to reflect on their field placement opportunities with their peers.
