Communications II

This course will center on the skills required for effective interpersonal communication and human relations. CICE students will explore communication barriers, effective listening and workplace communication techniques. Non-verbal communication will be studied for its effect on verbal messaging. Conversational skills and effective telephone techniques will also be explored and practiced. The Recreational Activities II course will provide additional opportunities for students to practice these skills in real life situations.
