CAM Modeling I | St. Clair College
Course Code
CAM307
Course Credit

Computer Aided Design (CAD) is the process of generating part geometry on a computer. Geometry created using CAD can be used for subsequent operations such as: CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing), product design, part analysis, tool design, etc. Students will learn how to use CAD software efficiently to model all types of geometry. Mastercam® and UGNX® CAD software will be used throughout the course with an emphasis on solid modeling using UGNX®., Students will be required to complete an individualized project that incorporates design techniques covered throughout the course.
