Module 5: Given a Request for Proposal (RFP), groups of participants will compete to win a contract for a new prototype adhering to specified timelines, budget, scope & specifications, evaluation and project life-cycle with mandatory phases. An in depth analysis of resource planning, cost estimating, cost scheduling, corrective action and performance reporting are studied in this session.
