In this workshop participants will be taught how to recognize and respond to concerning or aggressive behaviour. This workshop will build self-confidence, self- discipline and focus on introducing concepts and basic techniques that any adult can use to keep safe. Participants will learn how to build awareness of safety and security issues and be introduced to basic hands-on defense training. No prior martial arts training is required to take this workshop. Comfortable / Workout attire is recommended.
