This course provides students with knowledge and skills to conduct effective legal research using various research tools, including computer-assisted research methodology. The importance of updating statute law, as well as the significance of up-to-date research of judicial precedents, will be emphasized through a variety of research assignments. Students will employ technical rules and citation in preparation of legal memoranda and case comments.
