This course expands upon the student's knowledge of business law concepts by examining the application of the law particular international business transactions. Students will be exposed to concepts and sources of public and private law and their application to various types of transactions involved the exchange of goods and services across international borders. The course will emphasize the importance of due diligence in minimizing legal risks involved in international business transactions, including aspects relevant to forms of doing business and contractual agreements.
