In this course students will engage in a comprehensive business simulation where they assume the role of manager and assess decision-making alternatives to compete in international markets. These scenario-based simulations, students will make a series of decisions that require consideration of the feasibility of the expansion, the target market selection, the product and/or service offering, pricing, production, market entry, marketing strategies, as well as distribution and resource allocation.
