This course provides students with the opportunity to examine the legal framework within which international business is conducted. Students will be exposed to concepts and sources of public and private law and their application to various types of transactions involved the exchange of goods and services across international borders. The course will emphasize the importance of due diligence in minimizing legal risks involved in international business transactions, including aspects relevant to forms of doing business and contractual agreements
