This course offers the student an overview of the hospitality industry and its many facets. The students will examine the employment opportunities available in restaurants, hotels, recreation centers, college and university campuses, health care facilities and convention centers. The inter-related nature of the relationship between hospitality and tourism in North America and abroad is explored.
