Students will learn how to use Mastercam and UGNX CAD software efficiently in order to generate 2D and 3D wireframe part geometry. Geometry created using CAD will be used for subsequent operations such as: CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing), product design, part analysis, tool design, and more. Students will be required to complete a series of individualized projects that incorporate the design techniques covered throughout the course.
