Manufacturing Leadership

What is quality and why is it so important in manufacturing? This course presents an opportunity to become familiar with the concepts, terms and methods used by today's industry to pursue continuous improvement. An awareness of quality standards, particularly ISO 9000, will provide insight into the challenges companies face today and tomorrow. Since a key component of improvement is measurement, participants will look at what companies measure, and how each measurement relates to quality.
