The Centre has been designed to feel like you're working in a hospital or healthcare setting.

First Floor

Three programs, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Technology and Respiratory Therapy have their state-of-the-art labs on the first floor. These labs feature working stations that utilize the latest technology and tools used in the field.

The Paramedic program has expanded facilities in the Centre and includes a dedicated lab and garage so students can practice their skills in a "real-life" setting.

The main floor is also home to the Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting labs. The Dental complex holds 25 dental chairs, all supported by digital technology with computers at each station. Students experience real-world training with a community dental clinic that operates five days a week.

Second Floor

The second floor houses the Nursing programs (BScN Nursing and Practical Nursing), along with our Personal Support Worker and Pharmacy Technician programs.

The Nursing program offers 12 fully equipped patient care suites, numerous simulation labs complete with new SIM technology and a nurses station that will function just like those in a hospital setting.

For the Personal Support Worker program, there are two fully equipped apartments in which to practice, complete with staircases, lifts and fully functioning kitchens.

Pharmacy Technician has dedicated labs including retail pharmacy simulation space and drug dispensing room.

Third Floor

The third floor houses four labs (Hematology, Transfusion, Microbiology and Chemistry) that are dedicated to the Medical Laboratory Science and Medical Laboratory Technician programs, providing students with the perfect environment to become proficient in areas of specimen collection and processing.
