This course gives the hands-on experience and conceptual overview needed to take full advantage of ArcView software's advanced display, analysis, and presentation mapping functions. Students become familiar with the components of the ArcView graphical user interface (GUI) and learn how documents called Views, Tables, Charts, and Layouts are used to display and query different kinds of information. Extensions to ArcView will also be covered. Prerequisite: Intro to GIS ONT 230
