This course starts by exploring terminology reflective of body planes, cavities, regions and structures. The course looks in depth at the structure and function of the muscle, bone and nervous tissues of the musculoskeletal system. The course identifies the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system by region including bones, joints, muscles and nerves. This course is the first of two courses addressing the study of anatomy and physiology.
