Culinary Series Workshops: Creating Charcuterie Boards | St. Clair College

In this workshop, participants will learn how cooking meals can be fun and easy through an interactive, team approach. Participants will work on meal preparation with the assistance and guidance of a certified chef to create a take home meal. This workshop will focus on the preparation of the following items: Various Soft and Hard Cheeses, Sliced Fresh and Cured Meats, Grilled Vegetable Kebobs, Homemade Crackers, Fruits/Vegetables, Hummus & Yogurt Based Dips.

* Please bring in your own cutting board (12 L x 5 W or square sized 12 L x 12 W)
