In this workshop, participants will learn how cooking meals can be fun and easy through an interactive, team approach. Participants will work on meal preparation with the assistance and guidance of a certified chef to create a take home meal. This workshop will focus on the preparation of the following items: Various Soft and Hard Cheeses, Sliced Fresh and Cured Meats, Grilled Vegetable Kebobs, Homemade Crackers, Fruits/Vegetables, Hummus & Yogurt Based Dips
