The College Campus Store is established to serve the needs of the College community for required and supplemental textbooks and supplies. In addition, the Campus Store seeks to serve the College community with a complete line of school supplies and a variety of convenience items including school rings, paperbacks, crested items, soft goods, etc.
There is a Campus Store to serve South Campus and Thames Campus, in person and online.
PARKING
The "Traffic and Parking Regulations" for St. Clair College are authorized by the President and the Board of Governors. Copies of these regulations are available for reference in the various administrative offices, Student Council Office and in the Resource Centre. This brochure is a condensed version of the "Traffic and Parking Regulations".
PARKING REGULATIONS: The lands and grounds of St. Clair College are private property and the College reserves the right to control motor vehicle use of that property under Bylaw #9023 of the City of Windsor. The regulations are intended to facilitate business and to provide parking services in support of this function, within the limits of available space.
PROCEDURE: All students, staff and visitors pay for parking on College property. A metered lot (Lot T) is located near the main entrance for the convenience of visitors and those doing business with St. Clair College. Students and staff must register their vehicle's License Plate #(s) and pay the appropriate fee. Parking permits must be clearly displayed on the inside rear view mirror. A permit to park does not guarantee the availability of space. Parking is permitted only in designated parking areas.
RESPONSIBILITY: It is understood that drivers park at their own risk on St. Clair College property and are responsible for the safe custody of persons and/or contents of parked vehicles. REPLACEMENT OF A LOST OR STOLEN PERMIT WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL FULL PARKING FEE.
REPORTING ACCIDENTS AND VANDALISM: All accidents and vandalism should be reported within 24 hours. Persons wishing to fill a report should contact the College's Security personnel (contact can be made through the Parking Office in the Main Lobby). Reporting is essential to ensure adequate protection and follow-up for the individual and the College.
PARKING FOR SPECIAL NEEDS: Staff and students wishing to access the College's "Handicap Parking" facilities must bring their Ontario Handicap Parking Permit to the Parking Office.
VIOLATIONS: Vehicles parked in violation of the "Traffic and Parking Regulations" of St. Clair College, are subject to a fine in accordance with City of Windsor Bylaw #9023 and the Ontario Provincial Offenses Act - Part II. Repeat violators risk having their vehicle towed or detained with an impounding device. Your vehicle is considered to be in violation if:
a) Parked in a No Parking Zone;
b) Parked in an unauthorized area;
c) Blocking or obstructing pedestrian or vehicular traffic;
d) Observed being driven in a reckless or careless manner;
e) Driver fails to obey the directions of a Parking Attendant;
f) Driver fails to obey regulating signs;
g) A valid permit is not clearly displayed*;
h) Parked on a grassy area;
i) In violation of crosswalk regulation;
j) Parked overtime in metered lot;
k) Parked over lines/taking more than one space;
l) Failure to display meter stub in metered lot;
m) Parked in a Handicapped space
*temporary permits are available to persons who have purchased a permit but have left it in another vehicle (please see the Information Booth in the Main Lobby).
PARKING FEES: Student Permits are valid for the periods listed below:
Fall Permit: September-December
Winter Permit: January-April
Spring/Summer Permit: May-August

Day Permits:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Lots C, D, G, H, N, P, Q, S, V and W
From 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. - All lots except "M" and "T"(Visitors)
$62.50 per. period to a maximum of $125 per. Academic Year
Night Permits:
After 5:00 p.m. only - All lots except "M" and "T"(Visitors)
$30.00 per season
Visitors (Lot T):
$0.50 per. ˝ hour (minimum)
Maximum daily rate $5.00

8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Monday to Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Fridays

Parking is enforced at the Main Campus from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Monday to Thursday), and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.(Friday).
LOCKERS
Windsor Campus - Each full and half-length locker will be officially assigned to only one full-time post-secondary day student who is in "good standing" with the College. The student is responsible for the lock and locker.
Locks will be assigned on a "first request-first serve" basis. The locker/lock user fee for two semesters is $20.00, or $10.00 per semester, and is optional.
Students in the Adult Training upgrading programs are assigned lockers through the Adult Training division which has a separate locker policy.
Thames Campus - The yearly locker/lock user fee is $3.00 and is compulsory. Lockers are assigned by the program division staff.
Locker fees are non-refundable after the withdrawal refund date. The College does not assume responsibility for the loss of and/or damage to articles or materials stored in lockers.
SECURITY
Personal articles are the responsibility of the owner and should be protected in the same manner as one would protect his/her property in a foreign environment. College loaned items are the responsibility of the signing person and are subject to replacement value assessment if misplaced. Thefts should be reported immediately to room 335. Found articles can be retrieved at the security desk upon identification of the article.
Philosophy: The Board of Governors of St. Clair College regard the safety and health of its employees and students a prime pre-requisite in providing an atmosphere that is conducive to both working and learning. Attention to safety and health are the responsibility of deans, department heads, supervisors and others in positions of authority who will be held accountable for prevention. Training in safety and health rules and procedures will be given to employees and students in accordance with applicable government or professional organizations' laws, rules and regulations.
Policy: It is the policy of St. Clair College that the safety and health of students, staff, faculty and visitors be a principle consideration in every campus activity so as to eliminate or control unsafe practices and hazards, in order that, injuries, unhealthy conditions and damage to equipment and property will be prevented. Each student, upon leaving the College, will have been exposed to and develop positive attitudes and behaviours exemplifying high safety, health and environmental standards.
Responsibilities: Employees and Students: No job is so important that it cannot be done in a safe manner. Each person has a personal responsibility to familiarize themselves with St. Clair College safety and health rules and procedures applicable to his/her area of work or study and to report any hazard to his/her supervisor or instructor. Reports will be made to the safety and health representative when action has not been taken within a reasonable period of time. He/she is required to comply with applicable safety and health rules and procedures as posted or taught in keeping with the Ontario Act, regulations and codes.

Food and Beverage Services
The Cafeteria is located on the main floor and offers a variety of hot and cold food items until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday during regularly scheduled Continuing Education course offerings.
Griffs Cavern is a full service restaurant licensed by the LCBO. Hours of operation vary. You'll find Griffs Cavern in the Student Centre area of the College. Griff's To Go offers quick service for soup, sandwiches, salads, snacks and beverages.
The Upper Deck Snack Bar is located on the second floor and offers quick service for light food items, snacks and beverages, Monday through Friday and during special events.
Snacks and beverages can be purchased from the Lower Deck Equipment Room (Room 173) which is open every day during the posted athletic facility times.
Tim Horton's coffee and donuts are available at the Tim Horton's kiosk located in the Student Centre as well as a full service Tim Hortons in the Ford Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing. For your convenience, hours of operation are posted.
A variety of vending machines are located around campus.
