St. Clair College believes in enriching the quality of student life by encouraging social, cultural, recreational, and athletic activities and the respective groups representing students and alumni agree to provide such activities and services. Funds collected will be held in trust by the Board of Governors to be released to appropriate parties to help underwrite the activities mentioned above.

CO-OP WORK TERM FEE
Students who choose to register in co-op work terms in eligible programs are required to pay $275 per work term. Co-operative Education students in their last work term who are unable to find a placement will receive a refund of $200.00 (i.e., $75.00 administrative fee will be withheld from the $275.00 co-op tuition fee). In addition, there is a $10.00 late registration fee for students who register late.

GRADUATION FEE
The Graduation fee covers graduation and Convocation expenses. The liripipe fee is a fee for the liripipe received at the graduation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

REFUNDS
Students who officially withdraw within ten class days of the beginning of a term will receive a refund of all tuition and tuition-related fees for that term less an administrative fee of $100.00 (domestic)/$432.00 (International) and a refund in full of any fees paid in advance for subsequent terms. The appropriate form is available from the Registrar's Office. It is the student's responsibility to ensure its completion and submission.

Students who apply for advanced standing within the first ten days of classes or prior to the semester start will be entitled to a refund if sufficient credit is granted to reduce the tuition fee.

SPLIT FEE PAYMENT
Full-time post-secondary students who choose to pay their fees by the semester rather than by the year, will be assessed a $40.00 split fee payment in the first semester.

DUPLICATE CERTIFICATES AND DIPLOMAS
Should students wish to change the name on their diploma/certificate, or replace a diploma/certificate, there will be a $15.00 fee to do so.

GRADE REVIEW
A fee of $25.00 is charged for each final grade that is re-assessed. This fee will be refunded if the review is upheld.

DUPLICATE TUITION RECEIPT

A student who owes any money or equipment to the College, (e.g., outstanding tuition, library books, technical equipment, locks, parking fines, etc.), must clear the outstanding debt before being allowed to register for subsequent semesters. As well, the College will withhold grades, transcripts and certificates/diplomas until the debt is cleared.
