Below is the schedule for your in-person exams for your online course(s). Check this schedule very carefully to ensure you know when your exam is to take place and that you do not make any other plans for those dates/times. Room numbers will be posted by your instructor at least 1 week before the exam dates.

Additional Information

  1) CONFLICTING EXAMS

If you are registered in 2 or more online courses and the exams are on the same date and time, you must reschedule one of those exams .

Exams may be rescheduled only on one of the dates/times indicated in the chart of exam times (Fridays at 6:00PM, Saturdays at 9:00AM or 1:00PM – for dates, see the chart of exam times above).

To reschedule a conflicting exam, choose an alternate time/date using the chart above, and then click here to submit your request.

This option is to be used only for conflicting exams.

The deadline to reschedule for conflicting exams is February 24.

  2) ACCOMMODATED EXAMS:

If you are seeing a counselor in the Learning Commons and you are allowed an Accommodation. Please follow the procedure below to book your final exam:

Step 1.
Ensure your green sheet has your course code on it and submit it to Room 34. If the door is closed, put it under the door.

Step 2.
Make an appointment to write in the Learning Commons (see deadline below). You can only write between Tuesday and Friday in the week before/of the exam weekend.

Step 3.
Complete and submit this Accommodation Exam form to eCampus to ensure your exam is forwarded to the Learning Commons for your appointment.

Deadline to submit: February 24

  3) IF YOU WISH TO WRITE IN CHATHAM:

The dates/times in Chatham are the same as those scheduled in Windsor. Send an email to ecampus@stclaircollege.ca with the following:

In the “Subject” line of your email write: “Chatham Exam” and the following information in the body of your email:
  • Your full name
  • Course code
  • Course name
If you show up in Chatham and your name is not listed, you will not be able to write.

The deadline to schedule to write in Chatham is February 24.

  4) IF YOU MUST WRITE IN ANOTHER   CITY/PROVINCE/COUNTRY:

Step 1.
It will be your responsibility to locate a proctor in an educational institution. You cannot write earlier than 3 working days BEFORE the official exam date or later than 2 working days AFTER.

Step 2.
Send an email to ecampus@stclaircollege.ca with the following:
  • “I am writing in __________ (city/province/country, etc) “
  • The name of the educational institution you will be writing at
  • The name, position and email of the proctor
  • Your full name
  • Course code
  • Course name
  • Date and time you are to write
The deadline to schedule to write in another city, town, etc. is February 24.
