St. Clair College's new Identity Management System is branded St. Clair One. Launched Fall 2015, this will enable St. Clair students and staff to access colleges resources through: my.stclaircollege.ca/
With St. Clair One Password Management Portal, staff and students can manage their passwords on their own, no need to call the Help Desk! Offered in the portal is change (manage) password, forgot password, passcode (code given via the helpdesk) and set up/modify personal security questions. The features of this new system will not be activated until you have setup your personal security challenge questions by going to the St. Clair ONE Password Management Portal.
To log in to your college machine use your St. Clair One Username and Password.
If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to click on the "If you forgot password" key icon on the log in page and reset your password provided that you have set up your personal security questions. If you have not yet set up your personal security challenge questions, you will need to contact the helpdesk.
An email account will be provided to all St. Clair students and employees. It is the College's official email communication method. Any official electronic correspondence with College students and employees should only be from their college issued account.
A Blackboard account will be available for students and faculty. When you receive your St. Clair College login information for St. Clair ONE you will be required to activate your account by changing your temporary assigned password. You can accomplish this by logging in to the St. Clair One password management portal.
